Refunds
Refunds are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. To process a refund, products must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped: undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery, provided the items meet the condition criteria mentioned above.

Defects
We hold our products to a high standard of quality. If you notice a manufacturing defect, we ask that you notify us immediately and follow the instructions we provide.
All reported incidents are reviewed thoroughly. As Stoics, we believe in looking at things objectively: defects must not result from normal wear and tear, negligence, or misuse.
Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and the longevity of our products. Decisions are rooted in fairness and the spirit of Ubuntu—ensuring that the outcome is just for all parties. Depending on the situation, we will discuss options with you, such as:
